On August 28, 2023, CMS finalized changes to the Medicare Promoting Interoperability Program for eligible hospitals and critical access hospitals (CAHs) for calendar year (CY) 2024.

In alignment with the activities related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Medicare’s Merit-based Incentive Program (MIPS), the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) has an online system. Arkansas Reporting and Communication System (ARCS). The system is capable of collecting and recording all aspects of the onboarding process for EPs, EH (Eligible Hospital), and  CAH (critical access hospitals) wanting to submit electronic data on:

The intent of Arkansas Reporting & Communication System (ARCS) is to allow facilities the opportunity to connect with and send messages electronically to the Arkansas Department of Health. Severe Weather: Donate to the Arkansas Disaster Relief Program

The Arkansas Disaster Relief Program is available to assist those impacted by disasters across the state of Arkansas. Under the Arkansas Disaster Relief Program, the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) is able to provide funds for immediate needs for disaster relief to communities experiencing major impacts from a DECLARED disaster. These funds are to be utilized as additional state and federal program availability are being determined.
