The Arkansas Department of Health, Medical Marijuana Section, will open a 30-day PUBLIC COMMENT period beginning Saturday, September 14, 2024, and concluding on Monday, October 14, 2024, to allow interested parties an opportunity to provide written comments on a petition to add Female Orgasmic Disorder as a qualifying condition.
