Renewal Information

  • All renewals are due every year by December 31st
  • All renewals submitted after the deadline will incur a $200 late fee
  • All continuing education requirements must be completed before submitting your renewal

Renew by Mail

  • Complete and mail your renewal form, including your payment and proof of continuing education, to the ASBCE office. All renewals postmarked after December 31st will be considered late and will incur an additional $200 late fee.
  • Payments can be made by check or money order made out to “ASBCE”
  • Renewal Form
  • A temporary fee reduction is currently in place. The fees listed on the renewal form are correct. Renewals containing incorrect fee amounts will NOT be processed.

Measles, or rubeola, is a highly contagious, acute viral infectious disease caused by the measles virus. Some people think of measles as just a rash and fever that clears up in a few days; however, measles can cause serious health complications, especially in children younger than 5-years-old.

The best protection against measles is the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine. The MMR vaccine provides long-lasting protection against all strains of measles.
