Proposed Rule Changes
PUBLIC NOTICE
On August 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM, the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy will hold a public hearing in the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy Offices, 322 South Main, Suite 600, Little Rock, AR 72201.
The following rule changes will be considered:
Summary of Proposed Changes
- Proposed changes to this rule will give greater regulatory flexibility by allowing pharmacies and pharmacists to utilize up to 4 support staff members per supervising pharmacist.
- Proposed changes also cleanup outdated language regarding CE requirements and test scores as well as updates for pharmacists reinstating their ability to practice.
