Rule Updates
The rules that were approved in February 2022 eliminate the need for the Board to license these additional endorsements for pharmacists : Administering Immunizations, Nursing Home Consultants, and Disease State Management. The only endorsement the Board still issues is the preceptor license for pharmacists that will be supervising foreign graduates working hours to obtain licensure. The Board does not require a preceptor license if you are precepting in-state pharmacy school interns from UAMS or Harding or out-of-state interns.
Effective 2/14/2022

Changes removed the nursing home consultant permit endorsement requirement on the pharmacist license to practice in this area in accordance with Act 63 of 2021.
RULE 9 – PHARMACEUTICAL CARE/PATIENT COUNSELING
