WIC offers the latest nutrition information to help families make healthy choices. Foods offered by WIC help WIC families lower their chances of health problems from poor nutrition. For more information on WIC nutrition services, please call your local health unit or WIC state office at 501-661-2508.

WIC gives families the chance to learn about lots of topics.  On visits to WIC you can get personal counseling or a group class. You can even do a class online. When you are on WIC, you can count on us to be there with support and answers from the beginning of pregnancy all the way up to your child’s fifth birthday.
