The Arkansas Department of Health conducts plan review, pre-opening inspections, annual routine inspections, and necessary follow-up inspections for bottled water facilities.
We also collect annual water sample for bacterial analysis to ensure safe water standards are met.
We also provide permitting for out of state water bottlers who sell product in Arkansas.
