Controlled Substance List

The Arkansas Department of Health is responsible for maintaining and updating the controlled substance list for the State of Arkansas.

Persons engaged in research on the use and effects of controlled substances, including persons conducting instructional activities, conducting chemical analysis or conducting animal training and animal euthanasia with controlled substances in the course of their practice, must obtain a Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the State of Arkansas.

Severe Weather: Donate to the Arkansas Disaster Relief Program

The Arkansas Disaster Relief Program is available to assist those impacted by disasters across the state of Arkansas. Under the Arkansas Disaster Relief Program, the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM) is able to provide funds for immediate needs for disaster relief to communities experiencing major impacts from a DECLARED disaster. These funds are to be utilized as additional state and federal program availability are being determined.
