The Arkansas Department of Health, Medical Marijuana Section, will open a 30-day PUBLIC COMMENT period beginning Saturday, September 14, 2024, and concluding on Monday, October 14, 2024, to allow interested parties an opportunity to provide written comments on a petition to add Female Orgasmic Disorder as a qualifying condition. The petition and supporting documentation are available by e-mailing [email protected] or are available for public inspection and copying at the Arkansas Department of Health, Medical Marijuana Section, 4815 West Markham, Slot 50, Little Rock, AR 72205.
