The Virtual meeting (MS TEAMS) will allow the Committee members to review and recommend a proposed new member appointment to the Arkansas Drinking Water Advisory and Operating Licensing Committee meeting for the upcoming Board of Health meeting in April 2026.
All nominees hold Arkansas Grade IV Treatment and/or Distribution Water Operator licenses and meet the eligibility requirements for the appointment. After reviewing the nominations
packets by the Committee members, recognizing district representation and responsibilities, the Committee will make a recommendation
to the Board of Health.
The recommendation packet will be presented to the Board of Health on April 24, 2026 for consideration. The Board normally appoints the Committee member at this quarterly meeting. Upon approval of appointment from the Board of Health, the selected nominee will begin their 6-year term in July 2026.
